Delivery

Delivery fees apply depending on the Customer’s delivery address. For European shipping, no fees apply.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. Orders are processed and shipped only on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In case of problems or vacations, the information will be indicated to the Customer, before the order is placed, on the Site.

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of payment, after having entered his address, the Customer chooses the desired delivery option. Once the order is processed, the Customer will receive by e-mail his/her tracking number in order to follow the shipment.

The delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of the physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or when one or more Products are unavailable, the Products ordered will be delivered at once.

If the ordered Products were not delivered within 30 days after the indicative date of delivery, for any other cause than the force majeure or the fact of the Customer, the sale will be able to be cancelled at the written request of the Customer under the conditions envisaged in the articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Code of the consumption. The sums paid by the Customer will then be restored to him at the latest in the fourteen days which follow the date of denunciation of the contract, with the exclusion of any compensation or withholding.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer at the time of the order and to which the carrier has easy access.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. The Customer has a period of 7 days from the receipt of the Products to report a non-conformity of the Product or a hidden defect. To report it, the Customer must make his complaint by email: [email protected] accompanied by all the related documents (photos in particular). After this period and in the absence of having respected these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect and no claim will be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller shall refund or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, the delivered Products whose defects of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and those provided for in these Terms and Conditions.

Returns

According to the terms of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code “The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following a telephone canvassing or off-premises, without having to give reasons for his decision or to bear other costs than those provided for in Articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25.

The time limit mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day :

1° Of the conclusion of the contract, for the contracts of provision of services and those mentioned in article L. 221-4 ;

2° Of the reception of the good by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him, for the contracts of sale of goods. For contracts concluded off-premises, the consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal as of the conclusion of the contract.

In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately or in the case of an order for a good composed of multiple lots or parts whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, the period runs from the receipt of the last good or lot or part.

For contracts providing for regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time, the period shall run from receipt of the first good.”

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by e-mail to [email protected], expressing the will to withdraw.

The returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions …) allowing their re-selling in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not accepted.

The cost of return will be charged to the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions set out in this article.
