Warranty

The Products sold on the Site benefit from a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The customer must inform the Seller by email before returning the goods. The Product can be returned only after having informed the Seller about the nature of the defect. Transportation costs are at the customer’s expense.

The Seller is not bound by the warranty if the Customer does not follow the instructions for use or maintenance of the watches.

The warranty does not apply, in particular, in case of :

• Accidental drop
• Inappropriate handling or use
• Broken or scratched glasses
• Wear or discoloration of the bracelets
• Intervention by a person other than the Seller
• Modification or replacement of original parts
